焦腾：1970年11月生，电子学教研室副教授。2002年毕业于国防科技大学获得电路与系统专业硕士学位。现任中国生物医学工程学会会员。主讲本科生《数字电子技术》课程，研究生《现代集成电路应用》课程，获学校教学成果奖。
主要从事生物医学信息的检测与传输研究。先后承担国家级、军队级、省部级8项课题。获军队科技进步三等奖1项。2000年以来，发表学术论文24篇，其中SCI/EI收录3篇。
